What we do

We support local councils and housing associations by modernising ageing houses with dilapidated amenities, particularly bathrooms, shower rooms and utility room units. Every part of the process is handled by our team, from removing old facilities, to seamlessly integrating the new modern units.

Our modular pods bring contemporary amenities to social housing – enhancing functionality and aesthetics, as well as extending the lifespan of older housing for customers today, and for future generations.

How do we help you?

As every aspect of a project is managed by our team from start to finish, this helps reduce administration overheads and the number of contractors councils need to manage.

Using quality-controlled, off-site construction methods,
we can manufacture, fit and fully decorate a module, before finishing and treating – all within our factory. Choose from a wide range of internal and external finishes such as cladding or brick slips, before we deliver the finished module to your site, ready for installation.

As a trusted supplier and partner to several local authorities, we have the experience and technical knowhow to deliver modern, innovative modular pods quickly and efficiently.

Quality & Sustainability

Quality control

Our dedicated design team have a passion for creativity and a commitment to excellence. As skilled and innovative professionals, they’re at the forefront of shaping our volumetric modular buildings.

The design team utilise advanced tools and technologies, particularly Revit, for comprehensive Building Information Modelling (BIM), to deliver fully coordinated, efficient, and sustainable modular building solutions.

Sustainable credentials

All electrical and mechanical facilities and fixtures are fully integrated. The walls, floor and roof are well insulated with mineral wool or PIR insulation; this alongside with double glazed doors and windows to minimise heat loss.

Quality control at every step

After the module is complete, our team conduct a strict multi-point quality control process.
They are then delivered to site and installed on
pre-prepared bases/substructures.
Before utilities are connected, we undertake the final finishing of joints between modules.

Such attention to detail gives us a product that not only is built to last, but also backed up with a minimum lifespan assurance of 60 years.
