Each of our homes consists of several modules, which are built to current Building Regulations and Architect’s specifications and finishes.
The modules are precision engineered, volumetric structures, which include all electrical and mechanical services and facilities. All other fixtures and fittings, including windows, kitchens, and bathrooms are fully finished and equipped before leaving the factory.
Completed modules go through quality control after completion. Modules are then delivered to site and installed on pre-prepared bases or substructures, utilities are then connected and the final finishing of joints between modules is undertaken on site.
Our design-and-build approach means homes are not only efficient to produce, but their long-term running costs are lower too. This is thanks to the excellent thermal performance and air tightness we can achieve in a factory environment, compared to a normal construction site where the building is exposed to the elements for a period of time before its weather tight.
