ModularWise Ltd has been awarded Buildoffsite Property Assurance Scheme (BOPAS) accreditation against the OSC Modular System. The scope of this approval includes the assessment of the following systems, processes and competencies: 

Design, Manufacture, Construction and 60-year durability and maintenance assessment
